Stephen Barber

Stephen is an experienced strategist with more than 20 years’ experience working across a range of brand, product and digital agencies including PwC, Conran, Interbrand and Digitas LBi.
Stephen has experience working across airline, automotive, entertainment, retail and financial sectors, and has worked for FutureBrand in London, New York and Melbourne. Highlight brands he’s worked with over the years include Etihad, Red Bull Racing, Universal Music, Nestlé, Selfridges, Bentley and Nissan.
Stephen is leading FutureBrand’s brand-led customer experience offer to help our clients strengthen the link between brand purpose and the everyday experiences they give their customers. He’s especially interested in how we use brand as a lens in creating tangible and quantifiable outcomes for our clients’ customer or employee experiences.
