FutureBrand releases 2007 study on Gulf real estate sector
FutureBrand, a leading global brand consultancy with offices in 20 cities around the world and regional real estate experts, is launching its third annual Gulf Real Estate Study (GRES).
FutureBrand has created its most comprehensive Study to date. This year’s GRES contains proprietary qualitative and quantitative research to reveal the preferences of homebuyers and development professionals. From “mystery shopper” research findings to development rankings and industry news and trends, GRES provides a unique point of view and insights on Gulf real estate development.
Along with deconstructing the consumer experience, GRES looks at industry concerns from the perspective of the developers and governments, including a number of topics have made recent headlines:
- Rising inflation and costs of living- Increased attention to the environment and sustainability- The proliferation of luxury- Government vision plans for economic development
“In 2007, real estate development in the Gulf continues to be booming and growing category, with brand playing a more significant role. Towers, villa communities, marinas and mixed-use developments of city proportions are becoming all-encompassing destination brands and social hubs,” notes Rina Plapler, Executive Director at FutureBrand.
