FutureBrand hires new Strategy Director for Australia
Leading global brand consultancy FutureBrand has recently appointed Erminio Putignano as Strategy Director for Australia.
Erminio joins FutureBrand from McCann Erickson, where he was Strategic Planning Director in Hong Kong and, previously, Melbourne.
The new Strategy Director’s experience spans Australia, China and Europe.
He has worked in advertising agencies, as well as for the American consultancy firm Sapient, where he was user experience manager, and on the client side for the Indesit Company, one of the leading European home appliances groups.
Some of the brands he has worked for include Coca-Cola, Holden, L’Oréal, MasterCard and Ferrari.
Managing Director of FutureBrand Australia, Tim Riches, said that Erminio would be responsible for managing the brand consulting team while working closely with FutureBrand’s New York office to bring the latest thinking to the Australian market.
Erminio will also play a key role in driving the company’s expansion in the Sydney market.

We’ve delivered major projects like the rebranding of Yellow Pages to Yellow, the development of a new retail proposition for Amcal, the launch of the highly successful Munch offer for 7-Eleven and we’re helping the Crown brand go to Macau.
