Martin Thomas
Chief Financial Officer, FutureBrand Worldwide
“Having worked in marketing for years, branding is by far my favorite discipline.”
Martin began his career as a Chartered Accountant in both London and the Bahamas. This may be how he developed his love of the sea and golf. Martin joined FutureBrand in January 2009 as Worldwide Chief Financial Officer. He has been with the IPG group since 2003 working with Weber Shandwick in various UK and European Financial roles. Martin regularly rides 54 miles to FutureBrand’s London office on a 125 BHP motorbike. When he is not at the office, look for him at sea, sailing, scuba diving or fishing. Mario Natarelli
Chief Executive Officer, FutureBrand North America and Middle East
“Branding inspires me because it requires a blend of the rational and the emotional, the scientific and the creative.”
Mario started his career as an architect, which has played a large role in how he thinks about branding. Along with two colleagues, he formed HyperMedia around the birth of the Internet and the idea that marketing would become immersive, interactive and engaging. The young business was acquired and became one of the companies that came together to form FutureBrand. So for the last 11 years, Mario has led a division of FutureBrand with offices in New York, Toronto, Dubai and Abu Dhabi and worked on a number of brands, including GM, Marriott, UPS, AMD, Samsung, Ritz-Carlton, MSN and Bank of America. Mario’s love of architecture has inspired the work he is most proud of in the destination, real estate and luxury categories, where he has helped shape a quarter-trillion dollars of value. He lives in New York City where he plays with his many tech gadgets and raises two beautiful young girls.

Shane Greeves
Global Executive Creative Director, FutureBrand Worldwide
“I love seeing people react to what we do. The longevity of a brand is also extremely rewarding to see—to tell someone we did that.”
Originally from Australia, Shane started his career as a young, enthusiastic art director. He joined FutureBrand in summer 2005 as executive creative director, which involves working across a diverse range of geographies. Shane’s experience spans many sectors and includes clients such as Barclays Premier, InBev and Britain’s entry for the America’s Cup. He is currently leading the creative charge for FutureBrand in our work with the London 2012 Olympics, which is appropriate since he’s quite an athlete, biking 16 miles to work every day. When he isn’t hard at work, you can find him fishing for mackerel on his sea kayak off the Isle of Wight, where he and his family have a home.
