Sven has always been inspired by the strong role that brands play in our lives, especially how welcoming people are to brand experiences with strong emotional qualities. These invaluable qualities grow from transformative ideas and skilful execution, which require building talented, interdisciplinary teams.
He has applied these insights to help diverse brands reshape themselves to produce enduring, positive effect. This work has included all types of global needs from rebranding to mergers to acquisitions to new product development.
Sven has had the opportunity to work with a number of major brands seeking to transform themselves, including American Airlines, UPS, Cadillac, Disney, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Bank of America, American Express, YMCA, Intel, Staples, IWC, USAA and others.
In 2014, he was one of the professionals selected for the White House Entrepreneurship Task Force. This group advised the White House on branding and communications for the Spark initiative, which funds the work of the world’s brightest emerging entrepreneurs to help them create innovative solutions to some of the world’s toughest challenges.
Sven’s work is featured in several books and publications, and he has lectured or been the keynote speaker at international conferences, AIGA meetings and universities throughout his career.
