Originally joining FutureBrand in March 2010 as Chief Growth Officer, and having since added President to his title, Jim is the new business force behind the impressive roster of American clients. His passion for listening and serving clients, coupled with his belief that “people buy from people they like,” has led him and the likeable FutureBrand team to successfully acquire clients like Dow, McKesson, American Airlines, USAA, AB InBev, Disney, Becton Dickinson, Exelon, UnderArmour, Capital One, the Florida Lottery and others.
In his new role, Jim continues working to achieve his goal of making FutureBrand Americas better and not just bigger. Today, along with the FBNA management team, he is focused on finding new avenues of growth that delivers superior client value and challenges and develops the FutureBrand team to reach their personal bests.
Jim’s talents don’t only drive FutureBrand’s success—he is also a frequent coach and counselor on sales process and methodology. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland, Jim also has an M.B.A. from Long Island University. C.W. Post. Today, he lives in New Jersey with his wife Carol Ann and their three children, where he puts his collegiate lacrosse experience to good use coaching youth sports and helping rising young athletes discover their potential.
